Before putting on your glasses, note that there is a dial next to each lens. It's important to note that you'll be making adjustments with that little dial/knob.

Instructions for use:

Wear the glasses as usual.

To begin adjusting the lens level, close one eye and adjust the dial on the opposite side (visible eye). For example: Close your left eye and adjust the lens dial on the right. Close your right eye and adjust the lens dial on the left.

Adjust both lenses at the same time.
 If your vision is still a little blurry, you can repeat step 3 if necessary.
